My Moto Edge ** Pro device got into display problem.
Display broken and cannot use the phone anymore. So I reached out to flipkart as I have opted for additional protection plan from Jeeves (Flipkart Group Company) while ordering the mobile. And it's wasn't a month yet. Jeeves shared a bluedart tracking to send my mobile for repair and shared email to share documents and proof. All done and waiting for more than a month with continuous followup. No proper response. They just keep telling wait for two days since last ** days.
Timelines given below:
Claim registered - **th Aug ****
Device pickedup - *nd Sept ****
Device received by service center - **th Sept ****
Payment link received and done : ** Aug ****
After that I have shared all the required proofs which are attached here again

copy of ID proof
copy of Invoice
And been following up for around a month to get the mobile back but no proper response from Jeevees end. Whenever I call, they keep saying wait for * business days again and again. But no clear cut information on delivering the device back.
I have been in touch with their support on email and phone, regularly. They kept saying that payment and documents were approved on ** sept ****. Please wait for two working days. Then the same thing after two days.
Its too much frustrating and destroying the mental peace. I have contacted both flipkart and Jeeves consumer service but to no avail. There is also no mechanism to escalate your problem.
