Jeeves Consumer Services Private Limited and Flipkart - Jeeves cheating in the name of Extended Warranty

March **** - Purchased TCL IFFalcon ** inches TV through Flipkart at Chennai
While installation purchased extended warranty for * years from Jeeves. Total expense - *****
Dec **** - The TV Panel started flickering with red shade on all * corners
June **** - the technician examined and informed there is problem with Panel and may not be repaired.
July **th **** - picked up the TV for panel repair.
Aug **th **** - Jeeves emailed the panel is non serviceable and refund will be processed within * business days.
Till date the refund is not credited to my account. Everytime, I email or call, Jeeves sends a scripted response as the refund will be processed by *-* business days.
One of Jeeves executive Aravindh responded to check to with whom the TV was purchased. This is so frustrating. Am fed up everyday following up with Jeeves and Flipkart.
Flipkart is not responding either

Looking at multiple reviews from customer similar to this, this seems a scam by Flipkart and Jeeves to cheat consumers.
