Jeeves Consumer Services Private Limited and Flipkart - Extended warranty Refund amount issue

I purchased Hair ***L frost free double door bottom Mount * start convertible Refrigerator from Flipkart for *****rs with Paid amount ***rs for additional warrenty for * year from take service from Jeeves consumer services private limited, But On **-**-**** the product display not working properly and I send Repair Request to jeeves consumer Pvt limited on **-**-****, But as per company policy If they did not provide the service with ** days after provide the product will replacement or Refund the amount But they didn't provided service as per they given in promised time So I send Refund Request on **-**-**** with Bank details and they agreed this , they said Final amount (post depreciation amount)*****rs Will be refund within * day's and they took the product from me on **-**-**** But still now they didn't yet Refund amount and I enquired about this issue so many times with jeeves and Flipkart coustomer care so Many times but they didn't respond properly So I compliant this issue in National consumer help line on **-**-**** Grievance number *******, then Jeeves consumer Pvt they send mail me on **-**-**** and saying you're refund amount is transferred to your account amount will credit in ** hrs but amount is not credited in my account and I send mail with bank statement also, they not responding,, it's already *month from I book service from Jeeves consumer services private limited, they took my product on **-**-**** still now they didn't refund my amount,, I had faced so many problems like financially and mentally Because of this company service,, I want my refund amount with compensation from Jeeves consumer services private limited and Flipkart for not providing service to coustomer from * month and not paying refund amount,
