- Jawa Unity Motors Fraud Open
I have purchased Jawa bike on **/**/**** from Unity Motors Aurangabad.We have paid the *,**,***/- on **/**/**** and also booking amount *****/- on **/**/**** and took bike delivery on **th october.
While taking delivery THEY said RTO registration will be made within *-* days. And after registration remaining amount ***** approx. can be paid. Till that you can keep bike with you. After *-* days we have reached to them they told Rto is closed for some diwali holidays .So , now the date got extended.
After Diwali we again reached to showroom, they said keep your bike in showroom and we'll do passing. So we left bike there and came at *-* pm to showroom we ask the man there, they told registration could not complete because RTO agent could not reached to us within next week we can do registration. So, this time we asked we can’t drive my new bike on road as police will caught us. they replied, “Its ok to ride within city and go nearby with bike".
After that we again took bike and came after * -* days as per informed to us. So on that day we called the showroom and they told to come along with your bike to showroom for passing of bike. So, at the end of day on that day passing, they told us that passing is completed and you will receive number on your mobile within * days.
So , we have wait till * days and i asked him for application number so that i can see status. so i found the status was in progress. But after * days i did not receive any number on my mobile number.i checked the status again the application was not found on the site.
After that we asked dealer why its on showing so he replied" It might have rejected as the cash is not paid till yet to the agent ".So i asked why this is happening they told " please pay remaining amount ***** aprox , so that we can pay to rto person" .
So , next day we paid ***** approx. amount online.
So he again said bring your bike to showroom for completion of passing . And now the date was */**/**** .
So, we have been waiting till * dec **** , and now we again asked he told that till ** dec , you 'll get you number plate. I asked for application number he did not gave me this time .
after that i have whatsapp him for status, the showroom man did not replied on whatsapp nor on call. the contacted to dealer and manager, did not recevied our calls and did not replied to our whatsapp message .
We have fed up literally , we found ourselves being cheated and fraud by jawa bike dealer.
We approach to showroom , now the showrom was closed. so , we asked security guard he said the showroom is closed from *-* days.
In between we have asked help from jawa customer care but they did not help us . i have sent **-** emails to them and also contacted on phone . but still did not got any help.
So,the RTO amount they took for passing and road tax is ***** and other extra charges they took from us is **** for rto handling charges and hsrp number plate which is free .
