I booked a train ticket through ixigo on *st of july, **** to go from lucknow to bhopal. the price was **** INR but the ticket was not booked and no transaction details are available on ixigo for the said transaction but the payment was confirmed and the amount was deducted from my bank account.
I have a confirmed invoice of payment of the respected amount from my account to ixigo on *st july ****. i have attached a screenshot of that...
