Reshma filed complaint against Myntra on Jul 1, 2020
I had order an item in Myntra which was a pack of *. I received the item on the due date and the outer package which is Myntra cover was sealed perfectly. As soon as the delivery guy left I opened the package, the inner package was broken or was not sealed. Instead of * there were only * piece and the torn package was tied up like a knot. As soon as I saw that I called up the delivery guy and he asked me call Myntra support and the executive said it could not be returned or exchanged and no refund is possible as well. After few minutes of argument he said he would get back to me later after couple of days and today morning I received a mail from Myntra saying the outer pack was sealed perfectly so it is not their fault and nothing can be done.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
