Swiggy - Items missing from order uncompensated for

I placed an order (#***************) from Swiggy on **th March, **** for * bottles of Sprite and * boxes of Ferrero Rocher but when the order was delivered, there were only * chocolate boxes and upon raising a complaint - the swiggy customer care said that they are unable to compensate for this issue and asked me to write an email. I wrote an email and within a few hours they responded by saying they cant substantiate a claim - I do not understand what kind of investigation they conducted and how they can blatantly deny responsibility of their poor conduct and checking measures. This is happened at least **-** times with me in the last * years and they most deny responsibility..
I demand that this is looked into and refund or replacement of the goods is provided as required.
