I booked a large box for pick-up and delivery services via delivery direct it was picked at June * and it was delivered to me on June *, but when I received the box, they changed it, they delivered a small box with all the items which were inside the large box is missing.
It contained important books and handwritten notes for medical exams and a few other things.
when I tried to talk to customer support they are not replying, it has been more than a week

Please Help, all the things inside the box are important to me.
