Item was purchased on *th December, first the return request was cancelled by courier company then made another return request. Courier picked up the item on **th December after so much problems calls messaged and mental harassment. Today *th January, still no news about refund. no help from supports end, contacted them on Twitter as well.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
