as myntra got the money for the product, then whatever it is let the customer suffer.

I got an SMS around **:** am from myntra that shaw store-babai str- phon- ********** - will hand over the item. I called * times on that no. no one answered those calls.
then why did you provide that motherfucker's no? as I was in the office at that time. so thought I will call on above mentioned no and give my friend's no who will be there in my delivery address.
later on, another guy called around *: ** pm, maybe from myntra - **********.
as I was in office I was not able to receive the call. after office, I was calling on that no. but the guy unwillingly disconnected the call.

so my advice to myntra
don't provide any phone number with sms
when ultimately guys are not going to answer any call.

next, I got an sms from myntra - on Friday around *:** pm
exchange order undelivered.we were
unable to deliver your exchange
order for richlook men black solid sw.... we
will attempt again.

on the very next day when I checked the order status, I saw that item was marked as "Returned To Origin". I didn't get any call regarding this. though I got an sms from myntra -like
we will attempt again. so without trying to delivery for the second time, you guys sent it to the origin. do you have any justification for this? I paid for that item on **st December.
now it is **th Jan. already ** days are gone. I order black sweaters, you sent blue sweaters.
