Zomato - Item Not Delivered Refusal of Delivery

Zomato offers various deals and combos that seem cost effective to the user. I ordered a combo from Burger King which had the primary item - burger I was interested in and bought it as a combo since other items were a part of the deal and I would land up saving a bit. However, I did not receive the burger itself. I asked the customer service executive to resend the burger - but he refused, citing they do not send over missing items. I offered to return the remaining items but the executive dismissed it as an option. Refund on the combo too was denied. So I was cheated into buying things in the name of a "combo" when the primary thing I wanted was refused to me. I asked to speak with the executive's senior and he promised me a call back in an hour. I waited for and hour and a half and no call back. I re-initiated the issue with customer care and after the long harassing process I was promised another call back in ** minutes. I'm not confident I'll be getting a call back in any reasonable amount of time and they are clearly waiting for me to run out of energy and motivation to follow up with this issue. The total loss I've suffered in terms of time and harassment is much more than the meagre amount the combo was for. This feels unfair. It seems like a systematic way that Zomato has made a part of its policies to cheat its customers. And I happen to be one of the customers who have actually paid for their Gold Membership!
