- Item missing spillage issue on swiggy Closed

This is unfortunate but this is the third time I am using a different platform to complain against swiggy. My order number **********.
*- First of all I have found one missing item from my order i.e one maharaja vada pao out of two that ruined my whole mood as my guest was waiting there for the food then I have called swiggy they are asking very rudely to issue me a coupon of Rs ** on which I have said "I don't want any coupon I just want my item on which he issued me a replacement ( later on restaurant owner also accepted his mistake without apology).
*- Another item named choco Xtacsy for which I have specially mentioned in instructions that please especially take care for this item packing otherwise it would be non-consumable but no effect of any instructions (please check from your end about instructions if you can to be assured).
The whole item was spillage issue this whole incident just ruined my mood and I have to felt so ashamed in front of my guests. But still, I have gathered braveness to complain about it. It's not always about money if you ask me I will prefer to pay double of the order amount rather than facing such an embarrassing situation. I don't want to say anything else.
