I have ordered few clothes and a watch from myntra. * item came before. In the second package there are supposed to be * items + watch claimed by Myntra without any proof that they dispatched the watch along with those items. But after unpacking the package I just recieved only the clothes and not watch. I spoke to the courier person and he stated that this kind of missing things happen and he asked me to contact support center and they will dispatch your product again. He also said they will provide you a video proof but myntra customer service and the so called case managers are so rude that they do not want to share any proof and simply closing my case. Please help me because I do not want to lose my hard earned money.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
