Out of * items orders, * item was missing. When complained there was no option of a refund. There was only option to reorder. Why would anyone wait for ** mins again to get the reorder delivered when it’s already past the meal time. It’s no way the customer's fault and why should anyone pay for nothing. Very disappointing experience with Swiggy. Will never recommend Swiggy to anyone.
