On the *th of August ****, I had ordered * items through swiggy but I got delivered with only *. I immediately raised a complaint about it in the help section and an agent asked me to write an email which I did but they are saying we can't refund the money. They are not even elaborating the issue. The agents are worthless, not doing their job properly, closes the chat on my face.
