Sir/ madam Hi mera naam Aquib Shaikh hai mai amazon ke khilaf Complaint kar raha hu mujhe kafi pareshani hui hai mere product ko leke maine ek laptop order kiya tha jiska battery issue tha to maine replacement create karaya aur mujhe jab wo product delivery boy dene aya tab maine usko bola ki mere samne ap open karke dijiye mai video banaunga to usne mana kar diya aur wo chala gaya fir mujhe thora doubt hua fir maine unboxing se pahle video banaya jiske ander nahhi laptop tha aur nahi accessories tha mai hairan ho gaya mere pas video bhi hai unboxing ka aur jab maine Amazon ko call kiya to unhone bola investigation hoga uske bad jab maine dobara call kiya to unhone kaha ki apka product sahi salamt delever ho gaya hai jab maine kaha ki mere pas unboxing video hai tab unhone mana kar diya video dekhne se bola uski koi jarurat nahi hai.
Aur jab maine bar bar call kiya to unhone bola ki agar bar bar ek sawal rahega mera to mera account block kar denge jo chor hai wo chori karke aram se baitha hai Amazon usko nahi dhundh rahi hai balke aam janta ko hi bol rahi hai ki ham apki koi madad nahi kar sakte hai ye kaisi helpline hai Amazon ki mai bahut stress me hu aur dukh ki baat ye hai ki maine product emi pe liya tha aur * November ko maine ek emi pay bhi kar diya mai emi bhi bhar raha hu aur product bhi mere pas nahi hai please meei madad kare mere liye bahut bari rakam hai mai itna stress me hu ki sucide karne ka man kar raha hai aur mai abhi ye complaint kr raha hu raat ke ** baj rahe hai mai abhi tak soya nahi hu mai chahta hu mera refund mil jaye kaise bhi please meri madad kare mere pas unboxing video bhi hai ek bande ne help karne ko bola bhi to usne **** rupay demand kiye joki mere pas nahi hai maine paise nahi rahne ke karan hi emi pe liya tha
