- ISSUE WITH THE FRESH NEW AC s baught from LLOYDS Open
We have baught three ACs from LLOYDS Below are the status for all of them
*. Machanics who came for installation didn't install AC PROPERLY .first time we got the issue of water leakage once we filed the complaint machanic came to resolve the issue and created a new issue in which he didn't not properly joined wires and we got a fire burst in the wires..but luckily there was no mishappening.then again we call the machanic and he checked and saw that machanic used cello tape to connect the wires....very pathetic service from Lloyd.... M writing this complaint as it's been * weeks and issue is not resolved for all of the ACs.
*. Installation was not done properly . Gas leakage problem. First day AC worked fine and second day it stopped cooling.we called customer care they send another mechanic and that mechanic checked and told us that connection was not properly due to that has leakage happened.. so he filled the gas again but there was no cooling after that. Again we have to do the complaint another mechanic came and filled the gas again. But still issue was not resolved .. third day machanic came and he did something then it started working. But there is no happiness as it was very much pathetic after spending this much money.
*. Two parts are missing and we got to know this thing after installation. And company is not ready to replace the AC they are just send old part of dead ACs.
We are now fade up .I will never recommend any one to go for LLOYDS ACs.
