Received a defective Hp laptop from flipkart and the issue was reported directly to Hp and a case was opened in this regard.
Going through immense disturbance and dissappointment due to issue not being resolved and the mindless engineers fail to assess this as manufacturing defect. I provided the high resolution images of the defect noticed, to the customer support team but the request has been rejected mindlessly by the higher team without examining and providing a justification on how this is not a manufacturing defect.
