I have been using my poco x* since october** ****. I updated my mobile and I started to face issues which are irritating. Slowly my mobile's speaker started to lose its loudness and it went completely inaudible.on june *th **** my mobile suddenly went blacked out and I cant switch on my phone its totally dead. I had reached out to my nearby service centre but the response wasn't really good. So I hereby request you to solve my mobile issue without any charge as its not my fault there is no physical damage or any other damages done by me, its totally about the issue in software.
