have booked an E-Ticket vide Booking Transaction ID: ***************, Avadh Assam SPL (*****) from New Bongaigaon Jn to Simalguri Jn on **/**/**** (Friday) through IRCTC Website. However, the booking was cancelled due to some technical error but the amount of Rs. **** has been deducted from my account and the same has not yet been refunded to my account.

State: Assam.
Kindly take necessary step on the same and credit/refund the said amount to my bank account number at your earliest convenience that a court chase and RTI may not be metted out against the same.
