 - IRCTC Refund not received Open

I had booked tickets on **th and **th of July,**** with the debit card of my PMC Bank account (Punjab and Maharashtra Co-operative Bank) which is know closed and I have cancelled the same.

PNR Number of cancelled tickets are

As per RBI, the bank in which refund will be initiated is under restrictions due to which all the transaction with respect to PMC bank is closed.

And so I requested IRCTC to initiate the refund in different bank account(details was shared on mail to IRCTC).

I took multiple follow-ups via mail as well as on call to customer care and every time there was only once response on call that it has been forwarded to the concerned department, send a reminder mail mail for which they never responded on mail as well only a ticket gets generated.

So far * tickets has been raised and below are the ticket ID's :

Please find the attachment of the bank notice for your reference .

I have been following up for this since last ** days and got different answers each time from different customer representatives.
And now I urge you to please do the needful at the earliest.
