I cancelled my E-Tickets of PNR No.********** on **.**.**** due to Coronavirus disease (COVID-**) of Train No.*****-Shatabdi Express from KSR Bengaluru to MGR Chennai Central and also PNR No.********** on **.**.**** due to Coronavirus disease (COVID-**) of Train No.*****-Shatabdi Express from MGR Chennai Central to KSR Bengaluru, whereas I have not received any refund from the IRCTC.
