I have ordered food on **th July ****. Food delivered without invoice attached to it sighting technical issue in generating invoice. I chat with customer care and requested for invoice on**th July. Swiggy commuted to email the invoice within ** hours but not done so. Again on **th July **** , i reinitiated the chat with swiggy requesting invoice . They promised to email the invoice in ** hours and that not happened. Again I chat with them on **th July but customer care representative again asking for ** hours. No proper response from swiggy customer care and there is no customer care manager to address this closed order.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
