I had ordered an item named Davidoff cool water perfume from Snapdeal on **th April ****. I received it today i.e **th April ****. It's not the original perfume so I thought of returning the product. They are asking for invoice details but they didn't provide any invoice details in or on the box. Now without the invoice, I couldn't return the item. And even the customer care consultant is not responding regarding this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
