Hathway is a fraud broadband service with zero customer service.
I called them on Friday that internet is we slow and has buffering issue, they told me that the technical team will in two hours and they never called. I call today as it stopped completely they that technical team will call them in * hours but they hasnt, I asked them about supervisor they they will call you in * hours, but hasn't received any call either, i wrote an email to rajan.gupta@hathway.com
digital.delnodal@hathway.net but no response either, and my office work is getting hampered because of it in every minute. Such fraud and thief provider with zero service delivery.
