*th July I activated my roaming pack of **** Rs which I got a message for stating "Your international roaming would be activated shortly." Every time I travel I get this message and its never been an issue for me. This time I have attached the message that I got from them but till **th July it wasn't activated. They barred my data on **th and I got to know that they haven't activated my roaming yet. I have been charged ***** Rs for the same! The funny part is that they can't locate the message on *th July on their system. This has caused me mental harassment and torture!
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
