On **th February, I enquired about Airtel Fiber through the official website.
I was contacted multiple times by Mr. Samuvel (Phone No: ***** *****), who assured immediate installation after payment.
On **th February, based on his assurances, I paid ₹**** towards installation charges.
I was clearly promised that installation would be completed the next day.
However, no engineer has visited my location to date. After payment, the concerned persons stopped responding to my calls. Despite multiple emails to customer care, I have only received automated responses stating the issue would be resolved within **–** hours. No actual action has been taken on the ground.
Further, when I informed the representative that I would escalate the issue due to non-response, he reacted in an unprofessional manner instead of providing any resolution.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
