- Interior Wood work delayed due to poor customer service from Livspace Open

We have a contract agreement done with Livspace for an estimate amount of *,**,*** initially and made a payment of *****(**% as per their T&C) for booking on March **,****. However regularizing they had very delayed delivery dates, we have reduced the contact to *,**,*** by removing few designs we agreed on as per our discussion with Livspace and project has been signed off by us on July *th **** with designs both the parties okayed on. As per the timelines, after project sign off is done, the installation including the raw material production should be completed in *-** weeks. It has been more than ** weeks since the project sign off is done and still the work is not completed. It was halted in middle saying there is a shortage of raw material to continue work and it has to be again procured from warehouse in Bangalore and it is process and they cannot do anything. The work stopped in the middle and we have to live in the same house with lot of debris and unfinished products for long time. The timelines agreed are not met though we are very prompt in payments. We have escalated the case and none of them bothered to reply over email. Calls were not answered by the very same team who convinced us to sign the project. This is customer services at its worst. We are not at all happy with this customer service and would like to raise a complaint. They are arrogant and not bothered to revert to us thinking we are helpless. I want to raise a complaint for this as we have to stress out a lot and had to do our inauguration with half completed work
