Livspace - Incomplete modular work

We would like to highlight poor quality of Modular material and incomplete/unprofessional installation work done for our project.
*.First of all the payment terms are tricky of the Livspace and our entire money was taken before the installation started.
*.The installation was done with sub-standard material and non-professional finishing.
*. We did *-* rounds of inspection visits and still the work was poor quality, finishing was poor , incomplete and the site lead (Ajit) and his manager (Mayur) were not serious about our issues and never understood our requirements.
*.Design team was led by (Neelam, Ritika) were very clever and after taking our entire money no one even bothered to check with customer their satisfaction, they never answered our calls, simply rejected our issues saying it's not a design team issue. Totally pathetic/unprofessional way of handling customers !
*.We are left to mercy of Livspace unqualified and unprofessional site team (Ajit and Mayur) who never understands customers problems and failed to deliver project on time (planned completion was Oct'**, but still project is not completed) and gave us poor quality of modular.
*.Livspace damaged our home and delayed the completion of project on time.
*. We are feeling cheated and by Livspace, we wasted our time, money, energy and yet the work is syub-standard.

I will never recommend Livspace to our friends or family and make sure that the our society and their relatives simply boycotts Livspace in future.

Request you to take note of these concerns and provide us a full refund of our money.
