I have contacted LIVSPACE Vadodara Gujarat Centre for interior work of my apartment. In the *st meeting I have revealed my Budget. According to my Floor Plan I have given a quote *.** Lakhs and I was promised that this shall vbe reduced once an exact quote is calculated after measurement of the actual site.I was enticed to pay a *% advance amounting to Rs ***** for next step i.e measurement. The cost of measurement is Rs **,*** which also was remitted. The quote presented to me is way beyond my budget and They have refused to refund the the advance as I do not want to continue with them so they said there is no provision for refund so I decided to just to get the kitchen done by them on the next meeting a quote for Kitchen was given *.** lakhs which I agreed, However when I went to finalise the Kitchen the design and units that were presented and agreed in previous meet were missing and the quote was increased to *.** lakhs I totally disagree with their revised quote. The designer has gone on* month Leave and there is complete mess and no coordination in the team hence I do not want to continue with them I want my refund which they have refused. why and how can they engulf my hard earned money without offering any services/any jobwork to me.
