Dear carrier team,
I have purchased a product air conditioner split AC.. on previous Saturday.
At a time of purchasing a ac I have clearly told sales person that my house is on second floor in chawal, he said ok installation will be done easily..
Today on **th of March installation person name parvez Khan has come..
And I have given every way to installation but he deny..he said I have a leg issue..i said I will put my two persons and i will give you outdoor to at place were we want to install..but he deny..
This kind of service is providing by carrier team..very disappointed.. please provide me a alternative way..
