Carrier Air Conditioners - Product part defective

I had booked AC service on *rd June, after servicing the AC was not cooling and showing F* error. I again registered complain for the error and technician were kept on changing * times. Then they said there is issue in outdoor fan motor, AC is just one month old and this problem arised. Technician told that part will be replaced in * days its almost a week and there is no update. I believe that there is some defect and request to replace the complete AC as in one month this problem arised may be this happens again. I need the replacement please resolve the issue.
