Outdoor unit is not working well.For this we have communicated to customer care vide transcation number *********.Conversation with the customercare was satisfied and he booked for a technician to us.But that technician was not willing to visit ,i came to know over telephone conversation.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
