Carrier Air Conditioners - PCBs damaged within 4 years NOT BEING REPLACED

I bought a * ton Split CARRIER AC in ****. DURAFRESH Model. On *nd Dec **** apparently both Indoor and Outdoor PCBs stopped working. It took me * days to get a complaint registered with local service center Hitech Cool Point in Pondicherry and I also paid an advance of Rs.****/- against a written quotation. Today is **th December and I have no idea when the PCBs will get delivered. I have not been updated on the status and am just told that part has not arrived yet. I WILL NEVER BUY A CARRIER AC EVER AGAIN.
