I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the lack of progress in the installation of a TV that I purchased from Jiomart on October *, ****.
Despite my repeated attempts to contact your customer service representatives and following up on the status of the installation, I have not received any concrete response or a resolution to this matter. This delay is causing significant inconvenience and inconvenience in my day-to-day life.
I would like to emphasize that I have been patient and understanding throughout this process, expecting timely and efficient service from a reputable company like Jiomart.
However, the current situation has left me with no choice but to consider taking legal action if this issue is not addressed promptly.
I urge you to treat this matter with the utmost urgency and provide me with a clear timeline for the installation of the TV. Additionally, I request detailed information on the steps that will be taken to rectify this situation and prevent such delays in the future.
I trust that Jiomart values its customers and is committed to providing excellent service. I sincerely hope that this matter will be resolved swiftly and to my satisfaction.
