I ordered MARQ AC through Flipkart during Big Billions Days after paying Installation Charge of Rs.**** and took extended warranty of * years with Rs.****. Flipkart delivered AC on **-Sep. I was contacted by Installation Team to install the AC. On Installation Schedule day (**th Sep) two people came but they asked for additional money of Rs.**** to complete the installation when I asked why they are asking for money they went away saying that there is an urgency at his house. I noticed Installtion reschedule for **-Sep, I did follow-up again today. Another Person (Sunil Kumar) is telling me that he do not get any installation amount from Flipkart what I already paid. He also denied to come at my home because he needs money to make the installation.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
