I purchased the Marq *.* Ton Air Conditioner. Since the day I purchased the product, I have encountered several issues.
Firstly, the installation was delayed even after a technician was assigned. This happened twice, and the contact number provided for the technician has proven to be ineffective, as I have attempted to reach them around ** to ** times without success.
Furthermore, I have been facing significant issues with after-sales service. I submitted a service complaint on June **, ****. An inspection was conducted on June **, ****, with the assurance that a technician would visit within the next two days. However, as of today, three technician has arrived, and I am still experiencing the same issues. Additionally, I am unable to connect with the technician through the provided contact details.
Given the ongoing problems and the fact that these issues are occurring while the product is still under warranty, I kindly request that Flipkart initiate a return for this product as soon as possible. I am genuinely concerned about the situation that may arise once the warranty period expires.
