MarQ sent a damaged AC and cheated and not fixing with warranty claim
Your service is super bad. You guys are too lazy and you guys didn't install well. You sent only one technician when installing. I had to support him to lift AC and compressor when installing. You guys are cost cutting and irritating customers. Also after registering warrenty claim, you didn't respond for a week and then sent technician and then taking hell lot of time to fix it
I registered request on *th August. Still you are working. Who gave you contract in Tirunelveli? Change the management if they are not capable and lazy. You guys should get training what is customer care and satisfaction.
If you are still slow, I will go for lawsuit and defame Marq and Jeeves.
