Aniket Panchabhai filed complaint against Marq Ac By Flipkart on Jul 23, 2025
The installation for my MarQ AC was successfully completed by the Jeeves technician. I had also shared the installation OTP with the technician via WhatsApp. However, the installation status still shows as pending in the system.
To my surprise, the technician is now denying the completion and asking me to cancel the request or raise a new ticket. This is unacceptable as the service has already been completed, and I’ve fulfilled all necessary steps from my side.
Kindly look into this matter urgently and update the installation status accordingly.
