With respect to my booking id mentioned in the subject line. My flight was booking from Mumbai to Goa at the actual scheduled time **:** am, I noticed tonight while confirming a web check in that the flight is rescheduled to **:** Hr (*:** Hour delayed) then actual time of **:** AM. Which is absolutely not working with me and jeopardises my entire plan.
I wanted to bring below points in notice and would be requiring your specific responses below of my each point.
* - At the time of scheduling trip at first i have been given option of **:** Hr flight by your trip advisor in document, i specifically contacted back and mentioned this late flight does not suits to me due to my plan at Goa and asked for early morning flight. ( You can check your query id's in my ids of Make My Trip app, also in first trip details and the difference in final version of document provided by Trip advisor - change in timing of flight)
* No prior information about schedule change provided by Make my trip or flight courier - No timely information provided by any party, neither in the form of Text/Whats App or e-mail.
* Customer Care Support - First call I made at approx *:** hrs of (**th Nov) to your service desk to state my uncomfortability of flight change schedule and the problem I would be in if I did not reach in time. post hearing my problem, your executive dropped/disconnected call saying its Group Booking and we can not help now.
* Help me to understand what this group booking is? I never joined any group or asked Make my trip to add me to any group. It was a solely designed trip as per my choice without any reference of any group by either of me or your side. Then what is this excuse of group booking??
* Customer Care Support ( Attempt *) - I made call again to your service desk at *:** Hr of (**th Nov), connected to Mr Anmol once again I explained my problems due to rescheduling (delayed flight). He asked for half an hour to connect internally to provide me with an adequate response. Then he called me back and repeated the same thing that since its group booking and flight is rescheduled by Airline hence we can not help, however i am trying to connect internally to see what other options you have but due to midnight flight support team is not available at this time. if in case anything can happen, that can only happen in the morning.
I mentioned that see reaching in time is very important to me if airline is not supporting than leave it but give me options of any other currier ( applicable charges would be paid) but he has written e-mail to airline support team and appropriate response would be given by airlines support team by morning.
* I would like to know how Make my trip can leave their customers hanging during critical times without taking any ownership/accountability as travel planner. Also how an Airline can deny refund if they delay flight by * Hrs without any proper reason.
* When I contacted Airline, they said Sir since you are booking through MakemyTrip so kindly contact them and they are the right people to support you.
This is an absolutely unethical and shameful approach towards basic customer care (delight is for gone word). you have absolutely left me with thoughts of disgust and realisation of my association to make my trip a wrong decision and to quit you (Makemytrip) forever. it's a feeling of disgust that I have been using you for almost ** years or so, but you do not have any care.
Please revert me with your response against each of my points, along with your approach to fixing this issue. I am seriously concerned and dont think that you can do anything about my morning flight. This is going to cost me huge, mentaly, emotionally and approx ** K when its of Money
