Goindigo - Indigo Refund Issue

Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Airline Tickets and Fares
The issue that I have experienced was: I had a flight ticket booked on Feb **th **** for a flight on **th March **** but because of lockdown my domestic Indigo flight was canceled and my international flight was also canceled. I was able to get a refund for my International flight(another airline). But for my domestic flight, Indigo put the money in a credit shell.
It occurred on: **/**/****
Please issue a refund as I am not able to come back to India within * year as I am a NRI and not able to use the credit shell and also I can't transfer the credit shell to my family member living in India. Also, please note my ticket was a Flexi fare ticket and was canceled before * days of travel so as per your Flexi Fare terms and conditions I should be eligible for a refund after deducting Rs. ***.
