Dear Sir /Madam
Sub : Our IndiGo Itinerary - FEN*UI
We booked our tickets before March **th i.e. February **th (Travel Dt. **.**.****).
As per the rules, the money will be refunded to the people who have booked tickets : -
As per the recent DGCA guidelines on refunds, bookings made between **th March’** and **th April’** for travel between **th March’** and *rd May’** are eligible for a full refund
In this regards, let me know, the people who have booked the tickets before said period i.e. **th February will not be refunded back with the money instead they can reschedule their flight within one year.
If whatever reason that matter of my safety concern, we may not be travelling for the next one year and moreover. The airline company cannot bound me regarding my travel.
Therefore I request you to refund back my money.
