Myself Sharad and I have travelled from Delhi to Pune dated on *th April'**** along with my mother by taking Indigo Flight (*E ****) at morning . I am sharing the details of the flight as bellow;

Address: House No, ***,*rd Floor, Katra Mashru, Dariba Kalan, Chandni Chowk, Delhi ******
We had given * VIP Carlton stark STR Silver color trolley Bag and * Fabric Cloth Bag and received the trolley bag with high damage...I am attaching the pictures along with this written complaint. We had purchased this trolley approx for INR **,*** and this was worst experience of check in baggage. I request for the entire amount to be refunded to us by indigo as we belong to middle class family. Your positive response would be Highly appreciated.
