Goindigo - Indigo not compensating for delay in flights

My Indigo flight *E **** was primarily scheduled at **:** hrs on the *th of January ****. However, the flight was delayed and the revised departure as **:** hrs, which again was revised to **** hrs. Still, the flight boarding was only started after **:**ish. At **:** hrs we were deboarded from the flight stating technical issues. Once again we went through security check and again boarded onto a flight at **:**hrs. The then boarded flight didn't have operational AC until the last few minutes before take-off. All along this ordeal, I was accompanied by my parents who are senior citizens. They had to spend extended time at the airport due to this delay. We were supposed to reach at Ahmedabad by **:**hrs, instead we landed at **:** hrs. Enroute we didn't receive any meals or drinks package as mandated by the DGCA rules for extended delays. I found no Indigo official distributing packages, near the gate. I had to buy food from the airport vendor. I had contacted Indigo via Airsewa portal and through INGRAM, only to find same and copy-pasted replies being shared to me twice. I want an apology from the airlines for the deficiency in services and financial compensation for the ordeal that we had to go through because of the lapses at your end and for failing to provide mandatory facilities as per DGCA guideline outlined in Civil Aviation Requirement, Section - *, Series M Part IV, *.*.*.
