- Incorrect Product Received Open
I ordered an iPhone ** (***GB, Black) on **th of May from Tata CLIQ. On **th of May the order has been delivered. When I opened the sealed box, there was no iPhone inside it, there was a Redmi Note **. I got shocked and within an hour or two, I had claimed a return request from the application as it covers * days Return Policy.
An executive from the Electronics Return Team called me and informed that as it’s a large amount of money, we’ll do further investigation and will let you know once the investigation is over. Then, a day after they informed me that as per our investigation, a correct and genuine product had been sent to you and thus they’ve to close the case. Then I approached to the CS Management Team by sending them mails regarding this issue in detail. Getting no earlier response, I also lodged a complaint to the NCH and forwarded the docket number to the Tata CLIQ Management Team. Now *-* days later, today, they’re informing that they’ve to close the case as they’ve done their investigation and nothing wrong has been found and they’ve escalated the issue to their NCH Complaint Management Team. So, now, I think they don’t want to solve my issue, they’re not paying serious attention to it. In spite of prioritising their customer’s concern, they’re only moving forward according to what they’ve found over their investigation. I’m quite sure that team will also get back to me with a big NO response. I’m urging, I’m begging to get my money back but that doesn’t matter to them. S
So, VOXYA, I need your help. Please help me out ASAP!
