Myntra - Incorrect Product Delivered

I ordered a Fossil Women Gold-Toned Analogue Watch ES**** on **th September **** and it was delivered on **th September ****, it was supposed to be a birthday gift, so my friend opened it on **th September ****. She made a partial video while opening the package, the package contained a used unbranded watch in a steel fossil box without any MRP stickers or invoice, which was packed with courier tape which in itself is unusual. I complained to myntra on **th itself and was told to provide photos of the product received, which I did on the same day and was told that I would get a response in **-** hours but his went on till **rd September **** when they rejected my claim stating the following :- "IN******************** : we have re-evaluated the case on your request. Upon reviewing the details again we identified no error in our previous decision. We were unable to acertain a switch of the product and see that the claim for the return of the product is declined based on the following reasons: - As per the packaging footage, the correct product was sent to you. - The product cleared all the mandatory quality checks before bein packed and shipped. - The product was delivered to you in a sealed tamper-proof packet. - There is no other point in the journey before the packet reaches you where it can be repacked. - No tampering to the package was reported."

I even used consumerhelpline.gov.in but that was also of no use.
