- Incorrect Product delivered twice Closed
I had ordered Saregama Caravan Marathi on the Amazon portal on October **, ****. Amazon delivered Hindi Caravan. I requested an inquiry. One week is passed in that, but there is no result informed to me. I placed a request for replacement on November *, ****. Again on November *nd same Hindi Saregama Caravan was delivered. This time no option of replacement available to me.
I again raised a request for an enquiry. I was assured of the best service when I called in between. I told Amazon that I am ready to wait, but please deliver me the product I ordered. There is no response from Amazon. On November **, ****, when I called to enquire I was offered an option of a refund only. The executive is asking me to take a refund and place a new order. As I ordered this during Diwali festive season, there was a special price, now it may be costly and there is no assurance that I will be delivered the product I want. Also, the charm of ordering & getting the product for the Diwali festival is also gone now.
I wanted to gift this product to someone on the occasion of Diwali.
If this would have been the US then the response of Amazon would have been different, as facing a case in court wherein consumer sentiments are involved & mistake is totally is of Amazon.
I request you to help me in getting this product I have ordered for.
