I had recently ordered Veg Manchurian Fried Rice from the said restaurant. However, I had received a completely different order. When I raised this issue with Customer Service, I was given a coupon code. No Representative was assigned to handle this issue This is absolutely not acceptable. I need a refund of my money. Else, I will have to consider some Legal Options in this regard so as to ensure that Customers are not cheated in this way.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
