- Incorrect bill generation and failure to provide the right bill Open
I had availed an Uber cab for a distance of about ** kms in Bengaluru. I was billed Rs **** which I paid by Paytm. To my horror a wrong bill of only Rs *** was generated. This was discovered much later when I was filing my travel reimbursement with my employer. An incorrect bill of Rs *** for a distance of only *.* kms was generated. On demanding the right bill Uber agreed for the technical issue but has failed to provide me the right bill till date despite multiple messaging. They are not willing to speak nor settle the issue.
