Make My Trip Pvt Ltd - Incorrect baggage allowance

Booked a flight with Makemytrip from Delhi to London with flight going out with Jetairways & returning with Air India. While booking the website showcased *PCs **KG each of bag but on confirmation it is changed to *pc on way out and * pcs return.
I got in touch with MMT and they asked for proof which I captured from their site for the very same flight but they denied saying that this screen shot is captured post making the reservation. Who takes screen shots while booking as you don't expect companies to come back to you and change details. This booking is made for a senior citizen who is not capable of handing such mental torchers
